Every farm is different, and every farmer has different requirements, that’s why we don’t sell a one size fits all solution of our systems. Instead, we spend time getting to know our customers and their requirements and then put together a tailored solution to meet their needs.
We help you put together a system to suit your farm and what you need
Three installations options
For those that wish to have full control over the installation we offer a DIY kit for most of our products. Although we describe it as a DIY install, we send out the equipment pre-configured to your farm’s network. So most of the technical steps that put people off a DIY, have already been completed for you. Additionally, we fully plan the install with you so you can approach the installation knowing any difficulties have already been addressed However, as with all of our packages, DIY installs are fully supported by us, so in the event that you run into trouble we can log in remotely to help you out OR in the unlikely event that you run into troubles you can’t sort yourself you can simply upgrade to our assisted installation and we will come and sort the problem out for you. It is recommended for a successful DIY installation we recommend you or someone close to you, has a decent level of computing experience – we can advise you on finding someone local to you who has the necessary skill level.
With an assisted installation, we preconfigure the equipment, send it down to you, and you mount the equipment to our specifications. When the equipment is in place we will then come and commission the installation, and train you in its use. Assisted installation, means you can make cost savings by using your own labour whilst not needing any technical knowledge on hand.
Our full installation service takes care of everything for you. Simply agree a date and we will come and complete the install for you. After that we will help you set up any computers or mobile phones for remote viewing and then train you in the systems use. We pride ourselves in doing the job properly ensuring that cable runs and equipment will stand the test of time. Additionally we also take bio-security very seriously, disinfecting our equipment both at the beginning and end of our jobs.
If you are not sure which option to go for – just give us a call and we can help you decide. But remember, you can always go for a DIY installation and if you run into troubles upgrade to either a assisted or full install at any time!
